Rescheduled Meet and Greet and More

Posted on: September 10, 2015

Well, the weather didn't cooperate with us last week so we are going to try again.  I will be at the Kings Stadium on Friday, September 11 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. under the red tent.  Stop by and say hello!

Also on Friday, September 11, our KHS Seniors will be participating in their annual Day of Service.  The entire senior class will be out all over Cincinnati volunteering their time at causes such as Habitat for Humanity, Mathew 25 Ministries, Caesars Creek, Landen Lake and Simpson Creek Clean up, Heaven and Hearth, Warren County Abuse Rape and Crisis Shelter, Ronald McDonald House, Stepping Stones, Hands Against Hunger, New Life Furniture, and our own J.F. Burns Outdoor Science Classroom.  This is a great day for our school district, senior class and Kings Community.  I am very proud of our senior class and KHS Community Service Club for making a difference on this National Day of Service and Remembrance.

Finally, I would like to congratulate our 3 KHS Seniors who were named 2016 National Merit Semifinalists-Ryan Dilts, Gabriella Griffen, and Jillian Hestle.  Their hard work has paid off and has made the Kings Local School District very proud!
