Bond Financing Information
As the Board continues the process of a potential bond issue, the Kings District Administration has been working with our bond advisers from Bradley Payne, RBC Capital, and Dinsmore Attorney Group to help our community understand the market, bonds, costs, and financing.
Andrew Brossart from Bradley Payne presented information to the Board on November 14, 2023. He spoke about the current market trends, current bond debt, and costs to taxpayers.
