KHS Goes Paperless

Kings High School and the Kings Athletic Department are very excited to announce that we have partnered with FinalForms, an on-line program which will enable you and your student to complete and file most academic and athletic forms electronically.  FinalForms is immediately available for all Kings High School students.  You will only create ONE account and complete ONE registration for both high school and athletic forms, if you are a student-athlete. Registration should take no longer than 15-20 minutes to register your students.  ALL Kings High School students (non-athletes) enrolling in grades 9-12 are REQUIRED to register online prior to high school schedule pick up. KHS Schedule pick up is Monday, August 10th and Tuesday, August 11th from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.in the KHS main lobby.  Freshman Schedule pick up is Wednesday, August 12th at 5:30 p.m. in the KHS main lobby.  Any additional school forms are also needed by schedule pick up dates. 
​Student-athletes are required to register for their FALL sport online, prior to August 1st or your first official tryout/practice. ​
 
​​Student-athletes are required to register for their FALL sport online, prior to August 1st or your first official tryout/practice. ​​I​f​ you ​will be ​a student-athlete at Kings High School, please select which sports you ​may be participating in for the 2015-2016 school year. Once you select a sport, you will be able to sign off on not only your academic forms but MOST of our athletic forms as well. The ONLY form that you are still required to print, complete, and file with the Athletic Department is the OHSAA Pre-Participation ​Physical ​Examination Form. This is required by law to be signed by your physician and kept on file in the Athletic Department.​ Physicals must be on file prior to first day of official practices or tryouts.
