Kings Local School District offers a comprehensive insurance benefits package, including a High Deductible Health Plan combined with a partially district-funded Health Savings Account.
Kings also contracts with the healthcare consulting firm, Enrollment Management Services (EMS), to assist employees interested in exploring health insurance options outside of the Kings group plan. Employees who waive the KLSD group health insurance because they are covered elsewhere (another employer's plan, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, or Marketplace) are eligible to receive monthly payments for opting out.
